  • Courier/postage/overnight delivery fees if applicable.

  • Any charges to CMPG for borrower verifications, etc, including non toll-free telephone charges and service fees (i.e. The Work Number, “1-900” telephone charges for VOD’s, etc).

  • Additional fees for work done beyond the terms of the Agreement may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

  • CMPG will provide a detailed invoice to document all fees and expenses.

FAQ

How do I get started with CMPG?

Simply complete the Get Started form and we will get in touch with you. We currently only use Arive. To use our services, you will need to assign us the loan through your Arive LOS. See Instructions HERE.

Once digital access has been established, we can get started as soon as your files arrive to us.

How do you communicate?

Clear communication and documentation is key to a successful partnership. We utilize Google Chat and email as the primary form of communication on all files so there is no misinterpretation of verbal requests or text messages, however, we can tailor our methods to your preferences as necessary.

How does CMPG get paid?

We send an invoice to escrow/title. Our fee is added to the CD as the processing fee and we are paid from escrow similar to any other 3rd party charge.

I'm a Loan Officer. Can I work with you directly?

Yes! We work with broker offices as well as individual loan officers. We currently only use Arive. To use our services, you will need to assign us the loan through your Arive LOS. See Instructions HERE

Where are you licensed?

Oklahoma, Texas and Florida. We are happy to get licensed in your state of choice.

What is your turn time?

Normally a file is reviewed within 24 hours of receiving it and disclosed (if applicable). As you know, the processing time for a file depends on a number of factors, including the type of loan, how complete the file is when submitted to us, how quick the title companies and appraisers are, how cooperative your borrowers are, etc. Considering this, it is in everyone’s best interest for us to complete the process as quickly as possible.
